About Us:
gbf german biofuels GmbH is a German company located in Falkenhagen that specializes in the production of biodiesel from vegetable oils.

Your Responsibilities:

• Entering contracts for raw materials and sales products, managing, and forwarding them to the relevant departments

• Chemistry planning in coordination with the production manager (placing orders, writing contracts, planning, entering chemical calculations)

• Creating demand planning

• Telephone communication with customers or suppliers regarding pickups or deliveries

• Invoice checking

• Production planning

• Creating and managing delivery schedules

• Vacation replacement for all colleagues in the disposition department

• Performing first and second weighing at the scale

• Document control (delivery papers)

• Re-entering documents

• Archive management

• Preparing rapeseed mixture samples

Your Profile:
For this position, you should have completed commercial training, such as industrial clerk, office clerk, or similar qualifications. You should have good computer skills (MS Office applications like Excel, Word, etc.), basic knowledge of English, resilience, flexibility, and good communication and teamwork skills.
