Improving our energy efficiency is a key focus in terms of enhanced environmental performance and serves as our overarching energy goal. We use state-of-the-art measurement technology and systems to monitor our energy performance indicators. The measurement system continuously provides data, which is regularly analyzed and forms the basis for defining prioritized actions.
The procurement of energy-efficient products and services is given preference. When purchasing, not only are the initial costs considered but also the follow-up costs related to energy consumption over the operational period.
